  Ensure the fragrance is in its original, sealed cellophane packaging and place it securely in a sturdy shipping box with protective padding.

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our Dubai warehouse using a trackable courier service of your choice.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the product's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
